An owner and founder of Trans-Pacific Facilitators, Jessica Zhou holds bachelor’s degrees in English/Education and in Chinese Culture. She has worked in the China lighting industry for more than 18 years, serving in a variety of positions, including marketing manager, China agent for a U.S. company and director of operations.
